The technique of Einstein: relaxation and insight (mind)

Have you ever heard or read something about Einstein and his methods of thought and research?
Even if not, you will probably know the reputation of one of the greatest geniuses of humanity.

Contrary of the common serious scientific researcher, sad and boring, Albert Einstein was a multifaceted and original character.
And original were the methods of thought that he practiced (that's what concerns us). Probably we will not become like him, but would be a great success if we could get a little closer!

For example, did you know that the theory of relativity, which he developed as a mathematical formulation, was born in the form of an image by observing a beam of light?

Einstein, was not only a great scientist and physicist, but also an intuitive. One of his favourite techniques was the “technique of stone”.
At first he reflected for a while to a certain issue, from which he wanted to have an answer or an intuition.

Then he relaxed, by entering to a natural state of drowsiness. But he did it by holding a stone in his hand... which would inevitably falls once his muscles had relaxed ...
Result?
The answer to the question on which he was thinking came as an intuition during his dream.
And if we think that the theory of relativity, with all the scientific and conceptual derivations, came after a similar status of relaxation, it is spontaneous to say that maybe this technique is not something so trivial and childish...

Maybe we should cultivate our intuitiveness, as understanding of the signs around us, and as a creative thinking.

A great way to stimulate the intuitiveness is the relaxation, which is drowsiness or relaxation status where the alpha waves are more active (a type of waves that our brain emanates).

The regular physical and mental practice relaxation leads to a steady increase of intuition (and this is just one of several benefits).

There are several books and courses that propose relaxation techniques such as "High Performance Mind by Anna Wise; or always from the same author: “Awakening the Mind: A Guide of Mastering the Power of Your Brain Waves”.
