Here is a book with a very interesting topic that attracts always more people, in relation with the path of the spiritual evolution, which is investing the entire human race and the entire planet; I am talking about the astral projection or astral travel.

Now, for those who have no idea of what it is, the astral projection would be a sort astral travel outside the body that appends during the sleep or immediately before it.
Of course, the astral projection is done by the spirit, who lives temporarily in the body but that does not correspond with it.

The interest that has aroused and raises the matter is the fact that an increasing number of people said to have taken astral projections in other places or times.
It seems that the astral journey promises to reach remote destinations on Earth, or distant destinations in time… and even places outside of our planet… and even non-human entities.

This trip is a part of a path to spiritual evolution, which involved not only the higher astral entity, but also the expansion of our own awareness.
Moreover, there will be beneficial effects in the physical-energetic as well as in the mental-emotional level.
This is a basic concept: if the human being is a unique body, mind and spirit, it is obvious that what is producing effects in an area, could have consequences in the other two as well.
What is not easy is to be able to manage the technique for astral travel, which could also help everyone to access their own past lives.

This book has the purpose to teach consciously how to go out from the body, and teaches it in detail!
In fact, the manual is filled with descriptions and practical exercises.

The only problem, or at least I have found such, is the complexity of the book that makes difficult to practice the technique.
For that reason the rating is not very high, despite the great interest of the matter.
But perhaps you can find it easier, and you can try it anyway.
